About Trecia Arrington

For more than 20 years, I have been a financial services executive. I have spent much of my tenure working in the credit union industry as a senior executive. My background and expertise with helping organizations to grow has led me to be a well sought-after business consultant in the areas of financial services, education, training, retail delivery and overall strategic business operations. My passion is working with credit unions and community banks. The asset sizes have ranged from under $100 million to over a $1 billion.

Throughout my tenure, I’ve honed a myraid of skills including leadership, team development, project management, strategic growth initiatives, dynamic public speaking and consultation services. I am results-driven and have developed and implemented numerous innovative programs which have led organizations to exceed projections and achieve success.

In addition to my role as an executive consultant, I am a professor in the industry of higher education. I teach marketing, operations, organizational development, diversity/multicultural studies, virtual team development, negotiation strategies and leadership courses.

My Bachelor of Science in Executive Business Management and MBA in Entreprenuerial Studies from Bay Path University in Longmeadow, MA partnered with decades of experience, has provided me with the accumen to help you to take your business and leadership skills to the next level.

I have been recognized for excellence in leadership and community relations by numerous publications including: BusinessWest, 40 Under Forty; Banker and Tradesman, Credit Union Hero; Credit Union Magazine, Credit Union Rock Star and was appointed by American Banker Magazine and Source Media as an Advisory Board Member for the Young Women’s Leadership Scholarship Initiative.

What I am most passionate about is empowering others to find their purpose and to reach their full potential while striving to seize opportunities. I bring my talents, expertise and passion for the credit union movement to further an organization’s vision and goals.
